We recommend that participants eat only a light meal prior to each class as there will be generous samples for tasting of all dishes prepared.  Typically, four recipes are presented at each class.  (Prices include GST.)

  

Here We Go Again! – Wednesday, September 30, 2009        7 – 10 p.m.

 Start the school season by honing your Italian culinary skills at cooking classes led by Chef Gianni Ceschia.  The evening classes at the Culinary Studio include demonstrations and generous samples of prepared dishes as well as printed recipes you can take home.  “Here we go again” will feature an Italian full course meal which will give you a peek of what you can expect at future classes.  Please join us!

In our “Destination” series, we will be making five stops covering food specialties from some of Italy’s popular regions.  Gianni will take his cue from each area’s uniqueness and prepare flavourful dishes which will be the next best thing to being there.  Choose one or all five sessions for a fantastic food experience and an opportunity to obtain an extensive recipe collection.

 For the meat lovers, this evening will focus on appetizing creations made with a variety of meats.  Get familiar with different cuts and the different methods for preparing them. Always flavoursome!

 If you are a baker or take pleasure in savouring treats made with “sugar and spice”, this session will feature items that can be suitable for a cappuccino break or for gatherings with friends.  Biscotti of course are always a must.
